Jelly Roll Need Help from someone experienced please
Someone here on the forum had pictures of a beautiful 1600 jelly roll quilt which she cut her strips into smallier pieces. I thought both her quilts were beautiful. I have a print jelly roll, Moda Twirl and moda Marbles which I would like to use together. Someone suggested cutting 2 1/2 in cuts and adding these randomly in the quilt or after every strip? Since the solid roll is very colorful do I just use a couple different ones or use them all? Since I am new, I would love a pattern for this quilt. I know it is probably very simple but I need the direction and pictures of what I should do. I am not at the point where I can just put something together off the top of my head.:(
Any guidance would be appreciated. I want my quilt, for my granddaughter to be a pretty one. Thanks so much! |

I made my 1st one with the strips at an angle but the one you are referring to the strips are joined together straight. |

I made one but I confess to just adding the 2 1/2" squares in between each full length strip. Here is a picture of mine.
