I've never used jelly rolls but I sure don't see anything wrong with this. It's beautiful. If you look at it for a while it begins to look like sky scrapers in a big city in an abstract sort of way. I like it.

I thought I was mixing my colors all up also and in the end they were a lot together. I think it is better to just sew them as they come off the stack. This was an interesting pattern. My first strip just about would wrap around my house. Your quilt is pretty to me.

your quilt is very pretty. I made one in batiks I love it. the pattern said just pick up the fabric but i did watch not to have to much of the same colour together.I would post a pic but I dont know how to down load my pics on the computer.
