I read that the box doesn't necessarily contain all items for quilting. There is something in this box that contains lavender oil.

I was thinking about it myself but my least favorite scent is lavender 😂 so I already know one thing I won't care for.

I have been burned by purchasing something that was a "surprise". I think $69 is an expensive surprise.

I never buy any mystery anything. I prefer to spend my money on things that I actually want and/or need.

I know someone commented on this on Instagram yesterday or the day before on MSQC page about how unhappy they were with the Christmas box and they replied to the comment saying that they heard and listened so we will have to see. I know when I see that they are selling those sewing kits they just remind me of Walmart or Dollar store. I will buy the fabric but that's it.

I agree! And my money means too much to me to purchase a mystery :)

I won't do mystery quilts either. I love kits, but I want to see it first.

I only like mysteries in fiction! I wait until a pattern is revealed, for any craft, before I decide to do it. The exception was a mystery train hosted by PaintmeJudy & I was really happy with how that turned out. Usually, though, I want to know I'll like the final result before I put out the time, $$, & effort to make a project. So I will also pass on this mystery box. $69 seems high to me, especially for some of the things shown from the Christmas box.

It might be a fun purchase if you are a very beginner or buying for a beginner, I have just about everything I need for anything that I want to make.

Several unboxing videos on YouTube of Jenny’s favorite things Spring 2019. In my opinion it is not worth getting.

The box was overpriced for the items that were in it.
