All BTY is included. Just not the pre-packaged batting. The larger stores will carry the fusible on the smaller bolts but I'm not sure the smaller 'trad' stores will carry the BTY fusible.

I used the Hobbs Fusible 80/20 and love it, but I still pin baste after pressing, the Fusible helps keep it all in place while I pin.
