okay here it is ready
1-it will be a super store YES!!!
2- here is where it will be Route 17 North - 30 A&S Drive, Paramus - next to the Sports Authority that is located in front of Paramus Park Mall. It will be in the former Comp USA
If I'm right I think that's across for IKEA which is not bad.. you can have a cheap and good lunch in Ikea too.
3-This store will be one of the largest format stores for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores.

Jo-ann 4thQ profit up 8.9%, and they will open around 60 new stores in 2011. Which is good news!!!!

I think it will open on July 7th

It's going to be 30,000 sq. ft. holy cow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm overwhelm already lol!!!! This store will be one of the largest stores ever!!!!!

It's exit 165 on the GARDEN STATE PKWY SOUTH

eta: yep it is. it's been a long time. ;-)

man.. that's over an hour and a half from me. Might have to visit though. I've still never been to an IKEA
