I finally was contacted by a lady who advertised the $99.00 PVC JoAnn's free standing quilting frame on craigslist. This is the one with the long clamps over all four sides. She said it's never been out of the box. She's moving to a senior community, has really bad arthritis and has quit quilting (now that's sad). But she's selling it for only $40!! I'm doing a happy dance!

Good buy!

That was my first quilting frame that I purchased. I love it. It's easy to assemble and the legs move up and down so you can slant the back and are able to see easily to quilt. It keeps the fabric taunt and I love it. I haven't used mine in several years, but I'll never part with it. I still have a wholecloth to finish on it. LOL Enjoy your gem. Cheryl

That's the one I've got. I paid about $40 for it. It was on sale and then I had a % off (I think my discount card?).

I need to get my hands on a hand quilting frame at some point. Let us know how you like it!

Happy to say I met up with the sweetest lady today and purchased the Q-Snap pvc quilting frame from her for only $40. And she lived only 15 minutes away! I can't wait to set it up and get going on all my quilts in waiting! Thank you all for your nice comments!!
