customers will probably not know the difference between before the buyout and after. it's just changing hands.

the buyers would be shooting themselves in the foot if they changed it too much.

My refund came in today's mail!!! Not sure if all the phone calls or emails did the job.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Now if the weather would cooperate for me to go shopping.

That may be true, but there should still be an open line of communication between a store and corporate!!!!
Joann's should warn customers about big ticket returns not being immediate. I don't understand why they couldn't have put it on a card.
