I've been married for 45 years, we have three boys, seven grandchildren and one very spoiled cat friend Gidget. I love sewing and have been quilting on and off for 38 years, in 1994 I really jumped in and started taking classes and joined two local guilds. In 2003 when I had to go on disability I joined a class that is more like a quilting bee, it's great seeing all the different works we all do and exchanging idea and technics. I love seeing pictures of quilts others have made. I really enjoy doing the actual quilting. I do Free Hand Quilting. Looking forward to meeting new friends!

I have been quilting by hand for 30 years. Some machine. but I prefer hand. My parkinson's hands do not do well with a machine.
