Anyone tried this machine. Does it sew thick seams.

True,

i purchased the Juki F600 about a month ago and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and so easy to use. I had a bit of time with the 1/4 inch but it was in the manual....go figure. ;). Anyway, I'm sorry I can't actually address thickness but you can read seem reviews searching google.

I have no regrets and think it has so many features....for the money.

I've had mine since Christmas and love it. Haven't tried any heavy duty sewing with it. It sews one layer of denim with two layers of cotton, but that is the heaviest I've used it for. Love the FMQ on it. It does it sooooo much better than my old machine. My only complaint is that it wasn't sdesigned to be dropped into a table, buttons are too low, but DH worked that out for me, so I love it.

How did your DH fix this problem. I would probably need to put it in a cabinet as well.

Just want to say that I love allbrands.com. I have ordered two machines (a Singer sewing machine in 2002 and a Juki serger last year) from them and both are great. I'm looking at Juki sewing machines next.

Yes, they are great to deal with. I already have the Juki 2000 on a grace frame which I bought there. Now I'm wanting a machine to take to classes & in the RV.

He cut an extra board to fit around the machine, that sits on top of my regular table top. There is a spot cut out so I can reach those bottom buttons and the table top makes sure there is something underneath so little things don't fall through. He also had to cut it at an angle since the front of the machine slopes. Hard to explain, but I have issues getting pics to post. Oh, he also drilled a hole in the side of the cabinet to run the power cords through.
