JUKI hzl g210 adjusting pressure of presser foot
I cannot find a way to adjust the pressure of my presser foot. I have looked in the manual and I've looked online. Does anybody else have this machine? Do you know a trick you can share? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not all machines have that feature. My experience is that machines which do have that feature include information in the manual- even my vintage machines and modern PQ1500s which all have notoriousy skimpy manuals.

I have a Juki although not that model, but if I do have a question, I contact Juki directly by email. They are always great about responding to questions and to helping whenever they can.

I bought the brother project runway a few years ago to take to classes http://www.brother-usa.com/homesewin...roductID=NS40e I had no idea it didn't have a pressure foot adjustment it's a good little machine and didn't need to adjust anything then i bought it from the dealer he didn't say anything either, I'm working on a quilt that has trim off triangles bias edges i started to sew those through this machine sewing was stretching on the bias my first thought was to lighten up on the pressure foot and to my surprise there no pressure foot adjustment, scratched my head on that one i thought all machines had the pressure foot adjustment, i like the machine sews nice quiet just can't sew bias seams.

My Bernina 1230 does not have a presser foot pressure adjustment, but then I have never needed one as it adjust so well to all thicknesses.
What are you sewing? Or are you quilting a thick batting? If you are doing free motion quilting, you might be able to use a floating foot and adjust it so it floats higher than normal. For regular sewing, I'm not sure if there is anything you can do. Perhaps a teflon foot or roller foot? |
That is what I figured. Thank you Rob

I am trying to see fleece and because it stretches so much, it ends up pushing my fabric out of shape

A walking foot would really help you with the fleece.
