Juki on small frame any advice?

I have recently purchased a Juki 2200mini and a small quilting frame. Has anyone any tips or advice on designs to use as the quilting space is relatively small.

i quilted for years with a Juki on a handi quilter frame. I only had 9'' of throat space but you can do it. You may have to stop and turn the quilt around and quilt the other end and you might not be able to make some of the designs but you can still turn out nice quilts. Hope this helps.

I have a Janome 6900P on a small Grace frame. While the machine bed may be close to 12 inches the quilting room is 9 inches and less when the take up bar starts filling up. Quilting designs are very very limited. Meander, stipple, Christmas lights, twirling loops, falling stars. Check out Pinterest for quilting designs, it's where most of my idea's come from.

I have a Juki on a frame and have found that the best use is a meander, because as the quilt rolls the space gets smaller and if you have a pattern it won't be even unless it is around 2-3 in wide.

Thanks, I'll have a look on pinterest. I've got some thing on the frame at the moment that I'm trying different designs with. I think I may have to reload the quilt once I get half way.
