Juki TL 2010 update on cutter
 

First, my apologies for the delay in posting an update about my Juki 2010 machine. I had to send it in for service and it took a month to get it back, then it took me weeks to play with it. I had been having an issue with the thread cutter unthreading the machine when I used it. Almost every time it was used. I did all the things we are told to do to make it stop unthreading the machine but I could see the thread tail was just cut too short. I found a very nice person through Juki USA who agreed to fix it for me if I could send it to him. Since I got it back, it is working beautifully. I believe he changed the cutter because now the thread tail is longer and the machine does not unthread itself. I love it!

I just bought the same machine about a month ago and I LOVE IT. I think it's the best machine I've ever owned. :)
