Since the OP i realized that i have been using my shape cut pro for every quilt now. I love 2 1/2" strips for binding. For me, it was definitely worth it. I've even used it for making a bag.
It's the best ruler investment i have made so far. |
Original Post? maybe

I got one about the same $9.00 price at the Walmart in San Diego - it was on clearance. It was probably about the time they were reducing the size of their Fabric/Craft Dept.

I have to watch my acronyms, i'm used to chat speak for other groups and subjects and i am still catching on to what is popular here. I have to keep checking the "Quilters Dictionary" sticky :)

I think if you order this one and have it shipped to your local store you do not pay for shipping either. Looks a lot cheaper.

Can someone tell me the difference in the two rulers that are described as both being 20 x 23" except the price? One is $51.99 and the other is $96.78. They both say the slots are 2-1/2" apart,
http://www.walmart.com/search/search...0taylor%20shap I want one that's tall enough to cut across folded WOF. |
Hey Anna - yes, I ended up ordering from WalMart and it will be delivered to me at home for free. Sure beats driving 44 miles round trip to pick it up at store. I also order pee pads for my dog and anything else I need instead of driving and get free delivery if I order $50 or more.

I just ordered one from Overstock. It was $46.79, and with the shipping and tax the total was just a little over $52. I should get it by Friday.
