Just bought a Circle Attachment....

...for my machine.
Now, I'll be able to put all the dinner plates and saucers back in the cupboards! :D

Anyone have any tips or hints on how best to use this attachment? It's for the Janome 6500. (I have the Singer S18, but it's exactly the same machine.)

Stitch slowly & use stabilizer. Be sure & show us your work!

Well, that was fun! Layered two fabrics, made a circle then cut the top one out and did a decorative stitch around the edge. Pretty neat!

I have a Brother machine but, be sure you don't lose any of the small pieces. If you have a release button for removing the pin from the arm be sure to use it. Teacher told me that it is easy to stop the hole if you just pull the pin out.
