There is also a monthly weight loss thread that you sign up the FIRST day each month. Person with greatest amount of weight loss earns a fat 1/4 from each of the participants.

I think she will reward herself the $12 for sticking to the ww plan for a week, every week. (Itself a very good incentive.) the weight loss per week will vary, but just sticking to the plan over the course of many weeks will have excellent results.

I lost 30 pounds between September and February just by cutting out sugar and flour.

That would be great! I started today, I am using a program on my iphone called "lose it". Free program very simular to the ww app. Check out 'sparkspeople.com" another great program! Also free! I like free, leaves more money for fabric :)

I have heard of people just cutting out certain foods and loose. I try not to have white flour, white bread. I am trying to stay with fruits, veggies, and protein as much as possible! I just bought a new set of scales, since ours broke a month ago. I was very pleased to see I was down a pound from last weigh in! Yep, just knowing I am saving money for fabric is motivating me, so far anyway!
