There are 2 police vehicles parked in your lane. Both have their lights flashing. There are 2 cars ahead of you. The next lane is clear. Do you:

A: Allow the 2 cars ahead of you to move over to safely pass
B: Pull out and pass the 2 cars ahead of you and blow your horn to let all know that you're coming thru

If you chose B then you are the driver who was behind me this morning :(

Some people will sit behind a police car FOREVER and never go around. It would depend on the situation. If it was obvious that the two officers were dealing with another car and it was okay to go around, after waiting a few minutes, I would be 'B'.
