I ordered off the internet for $224, i was going to get it for my bday in July from my lqs, but that would have cost still over $300 with my bday discount there, I seriously could NOT pass up that price...so i ordered it :-) Can't wait to get it.

I feel bad for not getting it from Lqs, but i couldn't pass up the $224.

I've just started using mine - love it. You'll have so much fun. There's a yahoo acuquilt web group if you're interested.

I can't wait to see your first quilt using this cutter :D:D:D

Congrats! I use mine for every quilt pattern. It's easy to adapt block sizes to the die sizes. Also on Youtube there are tons of video hints and great tips. You need to mark the die blades on the foam, it makes it so much easier to place the fabric without any waste.

Yes. I finally used a Sharpie permanent marker on mine. It helps.

I know what you mean but I had to order mine too. Hey, $100+ is nothing to sneeze at in terms of saving!

Congrats. Have fun with your new toy.

Ohhhhh!!! You're gonna love it! I've been cutting up scrap fabrics all afternoon with mine--rectangles, circles, hexagons, squares and strips. Will be fun to put them together into scrappy projects.
