Kayak pattern

I'm sure I have seen a pattern which looks like or is called kayak. Could some clever person help please? A kayak is a smaller canoe for one person. This is not the proper definition just mine to help those who don't know.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Try google and you will find patterns that are out there.

There's a free kayak pattern on PaperPanache.com

Historically, that block is known as crossed Canoes. funny how Fons and Porter publish it under a new name yet say right up front in the article the block is called crossed canoes. Here are multiple links to free Crossed Canoes patterns. I am sure there are many more.
