I love my Kindle, but I have had it since they first came out. May be considered an antique by now? :) I find I can give equal time to my Kindle and to my quilting...but then I am semi-retired.

I got a Nook (already have a Kindle) and do spend a lot more time reading, which is great! I haven't been able to read well for more than 10 years due to deteriorated vision. Now I can enjoy a lot of science fiction (B&N have a lot more of it than Kindle). I am thrilled with both the Kindle and Nook! Yay!!

I love reading, but I do that late at night before bed and then just bookmark and go to sleep. It is nice not to even have to turn the lamp on and off.

Some versions of the Kindle aren't being made anymore so hold on to them. They are being bought up fast on Ebay.

And make sure to check your public library. Many of them have titles for Kindle or iPad (with a free app). And they are automatically returned when due.

I got a Dell Streak 7 for Christmas and like the fact that I can download from amazon and b&N. Also got alot of books for Christmas. I like the Dell Streak, but still love the feel of paper. It is a slow move for me to e books.

My kids got me a Kindle Fire for Christmas and I'm having alot of fun with it. I have watched things on utube, played games and just went to the library this week to learn how I can get books from there (really easy to download), do my email on it and got my address book downloaded on it.
