Klona cotton

I have two questions:

Has anyone used klona cotton (Not Kona!) for hand quilting

Has anyone sewed klona on a sitdown longarm

https://www.empressmills.co.uk/produ...cotton-fabric/

I am wondering if it is a little thicker than normal kona and therefore would be a finger-breaker when handquilting and cause a whole lot of tension issues when FMQ

Your opinions please!

If no one has any experience with this fabric, I would just order a meter & see what you think.

I am trying to avoid paying a delivery charge for an unknown. £5 for 1 meter (minimum order) looks great but £3.20 for postage! Not much of a savings if they get you on the postage.

Amazon has some, too, but it's sold by someone else and costs $7.98 to ship! Minerva Mills. I'd love to know which came first, Kona or Klona....seems pretty cheeky to me to have a name so close for a similar product.

Can this be bought in the US? I looked it up and it looks like it might be in England? Canada?

I looked Klona up (of course bing took me straight to Kona!) But the Klona site said it was 'heavier than cotton' so you may be right, HettyB
