kona vs bella
Does anyone have any experience with Bella bleached white pfd vs kona bleached white pfd. The color tile on msqc website shows the kona to be much more yellow. Is it really? Thanks for your reply.

If I were you, I would call them and ask. They seem so helpful and have great customer service, I bet they could answer your question. Just a thought:)

I have used the Kona white prepared for dyeing and it is white. It is not a bright optic white, but I would definitely call it white.

Thank you both. I think I'm going to have to call them. I ordered one of them and can't remember which, and it doesn't show up in my history. I just thought I'd ask in case someone had used one or both.

I have always loved the feel of Kona cotton so that is the fabric I use. White is definitely white. It is bright next to snow (a softer off white). Just wish they hadn't started making making so many colors. Really hard to tell which shade of brown I needed.

I know. Just looking at all the different shades of white makes me dizzy. :)

A bit off subject but my local Hobby Lobby has quit carrying Kona solid colors. Anyone else have this problem?

Joann's still carries it but have jumped the price up to 8.99/yd, so even with a half-off coupon it's not a very good deal anymore. Plus they have a terrible selection of it, usually only a handful of colors available.

I don't have anything but WM near me , so I do a lot of shopping online. I went ahead and ordered from MSQC again, and it's on it's way. Hurry, hurry, I need to get back to my quilt! ha ha.
