In the last month, I have ordered online from Fabric Shack twice. The first time, they were out of stock on one of my choices, and they sent me an email right away to let me know and ask what I wanted to do. When I decided to up my order on the replacement (a full yard instead of half), it was no problem at all and they made the change for me. The lady I communicated with via email was very nice and the rest of the process was seamless. When I got my order, there was a little "gift" in the package! A pack of 3 fabric pencils! I thought maybe they added in the little gift because of the shortage, and that really made me happy (not that I needed it, but it felt like that "extra mile"). So I ordered from them again! This time there were no issues with my order, it was shipped right away, it arrived to me quickly and there was another little "gift" in the package!! This time it was a pin cushion you wear on your wrist!
Is this something Fabric Shack does routinely? I just thought it was really sweet! And it certainly has inspired me to check with them again for my fabric needs!
So BIG KUDOS to Fabric Shack!!! :D
