Labyrinth walk question

I have the pattern for the Labyrinth Walk quilt by the Guilty Quilter. Just wondering from anyone who has made this if it would be possible to add another row to make it a rectangle instead of a square? Square quilts just don't fit the bed the way I want.
If anyone has done this I'd love to know how it worked and any pics of this quilt would be great to see
Thanks, Terry

First, let me say that this is on my bucket list to do. If you look at the quilt, it is 2 different blocks. It should be very easy to add another row. Block 1 is the 3D square block, then the other is the maze. As the pattern is designed, it is

3D, M, 3D
M, 3D, M
3D, M, 3D

To make it rectangular, continue to alternate the extra blocks in the same pattern. The blocks are really big. I don't know the actual size, but I bet they are about 24", so you will be adding a lot of length or width when you do add the extra row.

I really do like this pattern and will be looking forward to seeing your top when you finish it. Good luck!

It would be easier to add borders.extra wide at top and bottom and smaller at sides.

FYI: If your using the pattern from the magazine there are mistakes in that pattern. The bought pattern has no mistakes.

There are corrections for the pattern in Quilt magazine.

Nothing to do with this thread, but everytime I click on a "quilt" link, it takes me to an ebay site with many quilts. This can't be right...right? It seems to be the default "search" for when the word "quilt" is printed as a link. Anyone else experiencing this? Probably my stinking server!

My computer does the same, so it's not just you or your computer.
