Largest self-healing cutting mat?

I want a really big cutting mat to fit my big cutting surface. I love Olfa mats, but they don’t come big enough. In a perfect world, my mat would be about 48x60 or 72. Does anyone have a source for big self-healing mats? If not, who has the best regular cutting mats that are really big?

Check Alvin. They go up to 48 x 96.

The Amazon reviews on those said they had a very strong chemical smell. Did you encounter that?

When they are new they might smell a little but nothing bad.
Maybe some people are more sensitive than others.

I have an Alvin and it doesn't have a smell. Of Course, its not that big but I enjoy it! I find the measurements are very accurate!

Rhino makes really good self healing mats.....pretty big ones (12 or 16 feet on the long side if you want), but also pretty expensive
here are 2 places that sell them. both will do custom sizes. covid may or may not have effected the availability and / or shipping time too.

Thanks. How easy is it to see the grid under the mats? I read mixed reviews on that.

Yes, ALvin has what you want. I made my cutting table 48 x 96. Then added a simple piece of molding to the side of the table just high enough to be level when the mat was placed on it. This made it completely smooth on all sides. I did it originally to make sure the mat never shifted but as heavy as it was this wasn't going to be a problem. Love, love my Alvin mat. Its going on 4-5 years now and have no issues with it except the markings are not exact but then seems different brand rulers have the same issue with not being exact so for long cuts I use my tape measure...............and yes, I've check to make sure its exact.
