LOVE this post. Thanks so much! I keep hearing Juki and now I have to check them out.

Janome with the 11 inch harp. I just love mine.

I also have a Bernina 820. The large harp space is wonderful for doing FMQ on larger quilts. It is pricier than the other ones mentioned though.

I have a Pfaff Performance 5.0. It has. 10" harp, and of course not to mention the "built in" walking foot which is the IDT feature. It has the cutter. You can find some good deals on them through your local Pfaff dealer and the current one has been no interest for, 36 or 48 months, don't remember which. I bought mine late last summer and got a $200 rebate.

Both Babylock Crescendo and Brother Dreamweaver are great...with the 11" space. Both the same machine...sews so quietly and easy to use...WONDERFULL threader too!. They are coming down in price...just paid about 3500 for my crescendo...worth the price.

I'll chime in with the Crescendo also - great harp space and lots of great features.
