It states "tilt adjustment". Not sure if DH has one but will get my own. Am starting to think I may need a larger 'tool box".

Thanks, Mavita, I'll try that. Those little threads sticking out can be so annoying.

http://www.sciencebuddies.org/scienc...r_Safety.shtml https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser_safety http://www.lasersafetyfacts.com/2/... WHAT IS A CLASS 2 LASER? Class 2 lasers are considered safe for normal operation. Class 2 lasers' output power is below 1 milliwatt. All Class 2 lasers emit visible light only. A Class 2 laser is relatively weak. It normally would not harm an eye beam. unless a person deliberately stared into the beam. (reflection - mousie) However, even a Class 2 laser can be a distraction, glare or flashblindness hazard for pilots and drivers. NEVER aim any laser towards an aircraft or vehicle that is in motion. This is unsafe and is illegal -- you could be arrested and jailed. |
Resurrecting this recent post -- I just received my laser marker in the mail, and can finally see that it will work for me and my Juki. I do have a question for those of you who mentioned using Command strips to attach it to your machines: what strips do you use, and do you attach them directly to the magnetic laser marker base? Thanks!

Hi there. Actually I have decided to use a wide Velcro so that I can detach and reattach for use to mark in the center lined up with the needle or lined up for a 1/4" seam allowance. :o

Thanks -- good idea!
