Layer cake quilts

Hi Friends,
I have several layer cakes that I'm trying to decide how to use. How about posting pics of some quilts you have made from 10" squares? Help me find the perfect pattern!

Jenny at Missouri Quilts is a master of layer cake quilts. Have you checked out her you tubes?

I helped my student cut large butterflies from layer cake batiks.

I just bought this pattern called Cinnamon toast. The pattern was on sale at Hancock's of Paducah. I love the color in the quilt in the third row on the far right using the Hummingbird collection from Hoffman fabrics.

Here's one I've been considering – a kaleidoscope by Maggie Ball:

Thank you for that link. I am always amazed at the different techniques quilters develop.

My favorite quilt for layer cakes is the Double Slice Layer Cake from Missouri Star. Here is a video on making it:

I don't always use a layer cake. Often I just cut my own ten inch squares. But this has become one of my favorite quilts. Let me find a few pictures.

This quilt goes together VERY quickly.
