Like going home, well sort of
 

Last night after not being able to attend my local quilt guild, I went back. It was like going home. There were still so many people there that I knew. I stopped attending because I returned to school and classes were on the same night as the guild meeting.

I'm so excited to be back after being gone for more than 2 years. I've still quilted some but now I have my buddies back. They have a great year in the planning.

Of course, I've run into some over the last couple of years and kept up with some of what was going on with the group. Saddened to hear that two of our members had pasted away in that time.

It was like wrapping up in your warmest quilt on a really cold night.

I hate it when I have to miss one of my guild's meetings, I miss catching up with members and seeing all their Show and Tell quilts. May in Jersey
