Could you reuse some of the shorter pics by adding a small border around them to make up the size, so as not to waste them? Or put them in the backing?

Doeremi - I bought the 11X14 sheets, I'm going to cut them to 8 1/2 x 11 - this way I know that i'll be able to fit two to a page.
