I have a HQ16 and love it. Yes, I'd like the Avante but that is more of a personal choice that I am not ready for. Esp since I might be downsizing relatively soon. I can wait and see what I end up with as far as housing goes.
I called them and using my smart phone for pictures we finished the setting up process without any real stress.

I do have 2 or 3 dealers relatively close to me but still prefer telephone support. HQ also has great videos on their web site to help you.

Love my Avante!!!!!!!! Easy to learn. Just go slow and master one thing at a time.....

thank you for all the advice. I have a baby lock dealer about 20 miles away and an Avante rep close by. Need to check out the baby lock. I purchased my Bernia from them years ago and feel confident they would be good also.
Just doing research.
