Long arm quilting question
I have several, ok a lot , of quilting designs for my embroidery machine. My question is can these be converted to a file to be used on my innova longarm?

I don't know the answer to your question but I do know that you can quilt on your embroidery machine. You would have to mark out a grid and hoop in the center of each box making sure it is centered, but it should work. Test it before you do it to your quilt.

The answer is probably no. Which computerized quilting system do you have? Pantovision, AutoPilot, Navigator, or something else?

I have 4D Quilt Design Creator and it will let you load an embroidery design and convert it to a file you can use on your quilter. It runs on your PC, so as long as you can get the design from your PC to your quilter, you should be OK. I used this with my QBot, and the application is about 7 years old, so you will have to do some research to see if you can find an application that will work with your quilting machine.

There are a couple of Innova groups at groups.yahoo.com . Joining is free, and someone on those groups may be able to help. I believe you can do this provided you can convert your embroidery patterns to the format used by your Innova (such as .pat, but my memory is unreliable).
