I saw an ad in a sewing magazine for a Long Arm Quilting tray. It looks like you use your own sewing machine with the left side of it facing you, and the tray to hold your project?

Has anyone used one? Do they work? Are they expensive?

Do you know what it's called? I tried to google long arm quilting tray and didn't find anything - except your post asking about it lol.

Here's a couple links that I found

Not sure why the link to bayside quilting isn't working but you can see one at www.baysidequilting.com they just call it a tool tray

Are you sure it's a tray and not a quilting frame? when you mention turning your machine sounds like a Flynn frame.

After rereading her post I think you're right.

Yes, that's it! Has anyone used a frame? Look at the price compared to a LAQ machine.
