Longarm concern

My longarm has been screaming at me as it quilts ... Any ideas as to what it may be or how to resolve without calling someone out tomy house? I truly believe things might be rubbing together. Anyone else ever experience this concern?
Thanks for any advice!

I don't know if watching Jamie Wellan on youtube might help. He has a video on caring for and oiling a longarm.

Could a belt be the problem?

What machine and frame do you have?

Some companies have good tech support via phone or e-mail. It is worth a try to find out if this is so with your machine.

Any new noise that any machine makes, be it a longarm, a car, a boat, your DSM, that can be described as "screaming" and sounds like things rubbing together that shouldn't be is not good. Many LA manufacturers have technical assistance over the phone. You need to call them to walk you through your issues.

Call your customer service and have them help you over the phone. That doesn't sound good.
