Ok...so I just got a Gammill Premier and I'm still in the practice mode. What do you use to make a circle? I'm pretty sure I will be pretty good at using stencils or pantographs because I'm pretty good at following lines. However, I know circles will be a different story because it will be very noticeable if I don't follow the line exactly. This is probably a dumb question but I'm new to the long arm world and I don't have a clue.

I use templates that I bought from the Gadget Girls. You can buy them pretty much anywhere that sells long arm templates or rulers. You have to make sure that the ruler is at least 1/4" thick and you have a 1/4" thick foot on your machine, and you have a ruler base on your machine.

There is a gizmo called a CircleLord and I'm not sure what a Hartley Fence is but seems to be a popular addition for longarmers.

WOW...both the CircleLord and the Hartley Fence are expensive! Why do I love such an expensive hobby??? But they both look very cool!
