I run a metal recycling yard and this is what some one threw out in the big pile. We rescue them all the time.

Oooooooh, if that's running you will LOVE the free-motion quilting! :) My Kenmores are my favorite quilting machines until you get to full bed size - after that, I need the bigger throat on my Singer 15.

These Kenmores from the late 60's/early 70's are GREAT machines and I hope it will take just a little bit of nuthin' to get it running again. :)

That is almost identical to the one I got in 1975. I still have it and it still works great.

Why would anyone throw out a beautiful machine like that? Have they never heard of Goodwill Stores?
