Have you considered drafting your own and making templates from your drawing? All you would need is a compass and a ruler for the design and then some template plastic.

edit: Here's how to draw a regular pentagon http://sierra.nmsu.edu/morandi/Cours...APentagon.html Once that's done, connect every other point it touches the circle to make your star. The inside pentagon will form itself. Erase the circle and square out the design using the base line as a start.
