Looking for eye glass case pattern

I made a bag for my sister & I want to include a matching eye glass case. I know how to make the style pulling the outer side thru the opening in the lining, but I started writing down a pattern using seven inch squares sewn together & folded ------ lost it & can't find it again online. Any of you ladies make any of this style?

I've made quite a few and have a bunch bookmarked. I'm pretty sure I made this one, it calls for a 10" square though. 7" sure sounds familiar, I may have modified this one.

I don't particularly remember watching this youtube tute but this is close to what I did. My handwritten directions say 7" x 7" for cloth and batting. 7" x 4" for binding.

Press binding in half. Sew to outside fabric. Fold and iron to back, leaving 3/4" in back.
Place batting on back of cloth, under binding. Sew.
Turn case so the fronts face, sew edges.
Turn right side out.

Is this what you were thinking of?

The pattern I want used a 7" square for both outer fabric & fleece lining. Sew together & fold lengthwise etc. It was pretty slick. It must have been on a blog. Thanks!

I saw a pattern where you took a potholder and made it into one.
