I saw a wall hanging that someone posted here within the last few weeks. It was like lines of fir trees, but they were in all different bright colors (even pink and orange!) They were paper pieced.

Whoever posted it said that they got the pattern from Quiltmaker Magazine Nov/Dec issue #94. I looked at the Nov/Dec 2009 issue at our local library and the pattern wasn't in there. Unfortunately, our library website doesn't list back issues by issue #s. If I calculate correctly from the # that was on the issue I looked at, the magazine must have been from Nov/Dec in 2006 or sometime close to then.

Quiltmaker Magazine website doesn't list back issues by numbers, so I'm LOST!!

Can one of you super sleuths help me find this pattern? I'd be ever so grateful!

Why don't I bookmark these things when I first see them???

quiltmaker's most recent publication was #131, so your going back aways, since they only publish 6 times each year.

are you looking for pp or regular pieced?

Thank you!! That jeweled forest is the pattern I was looking for. I really had the info mixed up as to where it was published.

It's so great, knowing that I can count on you gals to come through for me when I have a "moment" of forgetfulness!

You're the best! Hope that I can be of help to you sometime---
