Looking for the frosted/beveled glass attic window pattern
Looking for the frosted/beveled glass attic window pattern, have been googling, anyone know about this pattern?
|
Can you describe what is different about that pattern to a normal attic window pattern? I couldn't seem to find any reference to that pattern so maybe a description might help.

Me too! ... I have visions of using Fairy Frost to get the frosted look on the window frame ... though when the OP says frosted/beveled glass, I think of the window pane and not the frame. So yes, please do tell us or better still, OklahomaPeach, please show us a picture! |
its like an attic quilt , made out of panels or fancy cut pictures, around the outer edge of the picture there are 2 rows of triangles, made with fabric cut from around the picture but it looks like it may have been bleached lightly or is that fairy frost? and other fabric of same color value, lighter and darker and spashes of red, blue, yellow to make it look prism. What I need is guidance on how to setup triangles, how small are triangles, how far to offset the triangles from the pictures, then you frame as usual. What is fairy frost, is it a covering that can be attached to fabric? will down load the picture when I figure that out.

Fairy Frost is a line of fabrics by michael miller. comes in about a gazillion colors, it's a blender type with pearlescence (vs. metallic) hightlights. You can use organza as an overlay to tone down the fabric colors it will add a bit of sheen.
