Looking for Log Cabin pattern to print at home?

Anybody know where I can buy and download a log cabin pattern for a 10" or 12 " block?

What size do you want your strips to be?

SewandTell 04-12-2012 05:57 PM

1" finished. I have a 6" block but that's way too small and I want to do one for a king size bed!

Try quilter's cache.com They have everything there for free.

Cut the material in strips of 1 1/2" and just keep adding until it's the size block you want. I did just that about 6 months ago and it worked out wonderfully! Use the first block to piece together your measurements. Hint-make your center block (2" square), a color that will stand out, like red! Good luck! I know you can do this!

Like orangeroom said just keep adding strips to your 6" block until you get 10 or 12 inches.

Ditto for Orangeroom. That's how I did mine. It works perfect!
