looking for Mens shirt & tie quilt
 

My dad passed away 6 months ago, and my 81 year old mother and myself want to make a quilt out of his shirts and ties. I seen a pattern several years ago that was a dress shirt with a coller and a tie on it for the blocks. This was in a magazine and I have searched the net several times. I have found several nice ones on here and the net, but not the one I'm looking for! Has anyone seen this or something like it? I have looked for hours at the different links, but nothing to this description!
