Looking for a pattern. Quilted bed rails. I think these would make a great gift for all that are in the hostipals and nursing homes. For kids and adults.

What a great idea. Doesn't look too hard. Check out the walker bags, I'm sure it would adapt.

I can't help with a pattern, but I agree they would be a good idea. I just got out of the hospital after a week-long visit, was in the hospital in May for a week, and spent two weeks there a year ago. I would have loved something like this to keep my magazines, books, and other necessities handy.

I would check with the hospital/nursing home first though. It may not be allowed there or for certain patients for different medical reasons :wink:

In addition, the facilities often have great ideas as to what would work best for their patients and they can sometimes even direct you to specific patterns or ideas? What a nice thing to do! :) :)
