Looking for pattern or a suggestion...
 

I have a panel that I want to frame with borders. I want 3 different color borders at different widths. I would love to be able to angle the corners but not sure how to do that. Does that make sense?

Is there a pattern I could follow or do you have any suggestions?

If you mean miter the corners so it looks like a picture frame go to youtube. There are several tutorials on it.
