Try Keepsake - I bought material for that. The girls are individual blocks and the clothes are backed with fusible fleece and they stick to the girls. I have it hanging and the clothes stay. Think the fabric is now made as a paperdoll book.

Could this be what you are looking for? It doesn't have the tabs on top of the clothing, but otherwise it seems to be right.

I just found 5 patterns and am looking for blocks 1,5,7 have you had any luck with getting an squares?
