Looking for a pattern

Hi,
I saw a quilt a couple years ago made by a hospice group. It had butterfly blocks made from a stack and whack technique (I think). Has anyone seen or made one that way. I'd love to find the pattern for it but have no idea where it came from or if it is a purchased pattern.

Bethany Renolds has several books out on the Stack and Whck techniques. She has the traditional star, triangles, fan and rectangles.....In the tutorial section, Cutbuns did a wonderful tutorial on the One Block Wonder. It is a variation of the S&W but uses equilateral triangles for a great quilt top. Another pattern in a similar style is the 4 Patch Posy that is 4 squares or triangles that form a neat design. Look at the pictures in the Picture section to see examples of all these quilts listed by names.

I think this may be the one. It was so long ago and the difference in colors makes a difference also. The one I saw had a white background (I think) and if I remember correctly the butterflies were of a fabric with a black background. Thanks! I think this just might be what I was looking for.
