Looking for pattern
 

Ages ago I saw a quilt , just in nine patch but it had one of the blocks falling off it has been in my head for ages to make of of these but I can't seem to find the picture , anyone have any idea where to look ?

I think that QuiltnNan did one called Tighten the tension. Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it is very cute.
