Iīm looking for "quilt tools" we have around the house and other ordinary things we can use as well
I know there is a list somewhere with lots of information which I canīt find ...:o Thank you ! |
I have a set of long shaped files I bought at an Ace Hardware. I use the smallest round one to sharpen my seam rippers when they get dull. Why? Because my favorite and easiest to use seam ripper is not easily replaceable.
I have used a small wall paper roller for paper foundation piecing but now use finger pressing & a glue stick instead. I have plastic tubes that held the very large syringes [can you tell I worked in health care?] to help my pens, pencils, & scissors stand up in a basket or the area of my sewing machine cabinet for ease and protection. A rolling kitchen island is my cutting center. A file cabinet I used to use for work related things is now my BOM holder and also holds the projects I am doing at the time. |
