I'm looking for a pattern for a purse, just wondering if you can help.
I want something big enough for a big wallet but I don't want it so tall that it falls down on it's self. I would like pockets on the inside and maybe 1 on the outside. And I want one long strap not 2. The messenger bags that I have seen are all to long and skinny. Thanks for any help you can give.

Check out the search section of the QB - there are several different postings for all the great purses our members have made. It is addicting though, I can't just select one favorite to make.

I'll join this thread ...

In my wishes, I'd like to be directed to a free pattern that's a good starter pattern, to get my feet wet. Won't mind paying for another one later ... just not sure this is something I want to do, so am not sure I want to pay! :)

Something with some pockets and some shape .... not just a tote bag sack type of thing!

Please? and Thanks!

So many possibilities!!!

Not that I need more, but the middle one you gave does not seem to connect. Is the address correct? I tried changing the /// to only // and no. Also tried changing file to the standard www and no again. Suggestions?

Thanks for all the great suggestions to One and All!!

all i can think of is that it's from my computer so only works from there. but this is their own link. this is such a good site that you should join their newsletter.

in the search box, upper right hand corner, home page, i typed in "tote bags".
