my best was using a old spray bottle or a cheap smaller one that's easy on the hand and not to heavy at the heair section at Walmart.

My mother just punched holes in the top of a mayo jar lid with an ice pick. I use a spray bottle.

Just recently saw one of those on Facebook -- asking how many remember (know) what they are !! LOL! The did work well, but I also use a spray bottle now.

I purchased one from Yoders in Shipshewana Indiana. But I think I remember seeing them at Lemans in Ohio.

Check out thrift shops, especially the cluttered, junky ones. They have some of the best stuff! Antique shops often have such things as well but often want big bucks.

This is what I'd do.

I thought the same thing. Nail would probably be your best bet.

They're all over the place. Best price is Lehman's for $3.99:

2 for $13.50 on Amazon; 12 for $55 on ebay (resell them for $10 each!) and prices all over the place! My kids remember the sprinkling and clothes in the fridge!! I did it all the time! Fun!

I found one a few years ago, I don't remember where. I've never used it. Just bought it just because it reminded me of the days when my mother would sprinkle clothes. I remember that sprinkler bottle and the plastic bag of clothes in the refrigerator until ironing day.

My mom put her plastic bag of sprinkled clothes in the freezer. I used the fridge.
