Looking for a Tutorial
 

I saw a tutorial on a link on this site, it was of a block of strips (jelly roll ?) cut on the diagonal with an on
point block inserted in the center. I thought I pinned it for future reference but I cannot find it now, any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried to draft it myself but I am lost. TIA

Sounds like a french braid to me. Go to the top and search french braid tutorial. Several will come up, including a video by Missouri Star for a star block with the jelly roll strips with a block on point. Maybe you will find it there.

Thanks everyone, all the quilts suggested are wonderful but alas not the one I'm looking for. I think I must have dreamed it up!!!
